I'm going to India and...?!

Question:

I'm going to India and...?

The clients I work with say that they splash cow urine on themselves in this part of India. I know our own urine is sterile but is a cow's urine sterile as well? I don't want to take any chances and catch something while at work.

Answers:
I have travelled to many parts of India but haven't seen or heard about such a custom. You are being misled. Don't worry...you won't have to bear with such a situation anywhere in India. And yes, cow's urine is sterile.

I'm from India.

i duno goole it

huh? well I went all over the east coast of India a few years ago and I never had to partake in spraying myself with cow urine nor did I ever see anyone do that to themselves while I was there! Where are you travelling to??

Sure it's steril but... can't you go without splashing the urine on you? That would definitely be a deterant for a travel destination for me! You don't have to follow ALL the customs! Learn how to say "thank you" in Hindi, and leave the urine splashing to others.

I have travelled all over India and have never heard of this
You could try asking in this website, you will get a better answer

haahaaa!! Your clients are pulling a fast one on you! This is hilarious! I have yet to see someone splash cow urine on one's self in India. A cow is considered sacred among Hindus and the Hindu population in India will not eat beef. That's as far as it goes. Trust me, unless Body Shop has come out with a 'cow urine deo' in India and everyone's using it, you don't have any reason to worry. Come to think of it, there isn't such a water shortage in India as well, so most people bathe with water! Even if there is the odd person who does resort to washing his body with cow urine, I don't think you'll be forced to do it.

And oh! I suppose cow urine is strile too!!

They're using the cow urine talk as an avenue to fill your head with cow dung. They have to be laughing their a**es off when you walk out of the room.

NON PARDON?

Do u understand english? i ask for a guide. not for ur opinion
u also spalsh cow urine. this is their custom. dumb.
