Why do we feel extremely hungry in the morning.....?!

Question:

Why do we feel extremely hungry in the morning.....?

.... after we ate a HUGE meal the previous night? Its very odd to me.. ive always wondered why.

Answers:
Because your blood sugar level drops when you are asleep. It helps if you do not eat any carbs (like bread or fruit) before bedtime the sugar causes the blood sugar level to soar then crash (that's what makes you hungry) eat protein like cheese or lunch meat if you do get hungry before bed.

oh now you use smart words like "previous" and "odd" what happened to u boi?

anyways hello we're asleep for like up to 12 hours (considering WE HAVE NO SCHOOL OH YEAH) and it does lots of digesting.

dur.

*don't gimme a thumbs down do YOU know know this person in real life huh? HUH? didn't think so XP*

Our stomachs are emptied w/in 4 hrs of eating. And it is usually the night hours when we go the longest w/o eating.

well it's actually quite a long time in between tea and breakfast. Say average meal time is 6pm and then we sleep till roughly 7am, thats 13 hours without any food. We wouldn't be able to last that long during the day, we'd usually eat every 3 or 4 hours or something. I always find I'm hungry in the morning too

Gets your metabolism moving. That's why when a person wants to lose weight they need to eat 6 small meals, not 3 large ones, it speeds up metabolism.

BECAUSE WE DON'T HAVE AS MUCH VITAMIN IN OUR BODY AFTER A LONG NIGHT SLEEP SO GO CHECK THIS WEBSITE jsylvestre1.qhealthzone.com YOU WILL FIND EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO PUSH YOURSELF TO THE LIMIT. AND BEYOND!

Because your body is on a mini-fast, you don't take in calories during the night you just burn them. In the morning you break the fast, hence the term breakfast. It's a longer time between dinner and breakfast than any other meal time.
