Pasteurizing Milk - Important!?!

Question:

Pasteurizing Milk - Important!?

Is it ok for milk to be pasteurized more than once? I've heard that some milk companies pasteurize milk up to five times.......doesn't it turn into white water by then, without any nutritions?

Answers:
Well then basically, it really depends on what kind of milk you're going to buy. Pasteurization is very important as it kills any bacteria present in milk. My mum prefers to buy those milk in tetra pack than those in plastic bottles or glass bottles. It also makes the milk long lasting.

I'm not familiar with pasteurization that much although too much processing of a certain product may be harmful since too much chemicals is not good. Like in refined products I suppose.

I don't know about Pastuerisation more than once but all milk products should be Pastuerised at least once, otherwise they are unsafe and particularly for bovine TB.
