Answers:
Frozen Bananas

Peel a fresh banana
Dip it in chocolate syrup
Roll it in chopped nuts like peanuts
Freeze at least two hours.

If you feel it needs a handle, stick a chopstick in it the long way first. I like to lick my gooey fingers off afterward so I don't put a stick in it.

Oven chips with grated cheese grilled on the top

Spread a chocolate graham cracker with fat-free cool whip. Top with another chocolate graham cracker...wrap in wax paper and freeze. Really low-cal ice cream sandwiches...YUMMY

otter pops

place in freezer. open and eat when frozen.

have you ever tried frozen grapes? Don't thaw just eat and chew on a hot day. very refreshing

Take 2 chocolate chip cookies and put a slab of ice cream in the middle and sandwich the cookies. Freeze for 30 minutes and enjoy!

I just made coffee gelato!! i was so amazed on how delicious it came out, it really felt like being in Italy!!
Its so simple too.
2 cups whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
Pour together in saucepan and heat until lightly foams.

4 eggs yolks
1/2 cup sugar
Mix well

Pour milk mixture slowly into egg mixture.

Pour everything back into saucepan add 1/2 cup espresso coffee and heat on medium heat until slightly thickens. Stop immediately if u see lumps. Then u pass thru a sieve and refrigerate overnight or at least 3 hours.

Pour mixture in ice cream machine and churn for whatever time indicated, mine is 45 min. and serve!!
DE-LI-CIOUS!!

Two sugar or chocolate chip cookies sandwiched together with whipped cream.

Frozen grapes.

Orange juice in an ice cube tray freeze for 30 min stick a toothpick in freeze until frozen.

Rainbow sherbet.

Just take two graham crackers - spread whipped cream on one and place the other on top (think sandwich) and put in freeze until the whipped cream hardens. That's easy.

Even easier - freeze chocolate pudding cups.

My all-time favorite frozen treat is my Mom's "Lemon Ice Cream" (no ice cream freezer needed)

2 cups sugar
3/4 cups fresh squeezed lemon juice (usually about 5-6 lemons)
zest from 1 lemon
3 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream

In large bowl, dissolve sugar in lemon juice and lemon zest. When completely dissolved, add milk and cream. Mix well and place, covered in freezer. When it starts to freeze, take out of freezer and using mixer, beat at med speed, place back in freezer, doing this a few times until of the consistency that you like. (creamy or icy)
