Do those veggie burgers promote the killing of cows?!

Question:

Do those veggie burgers promote the killing of cows?

Because its a burger but just made of soy or whatever. So does it make some people eat them and want the real thing making them a cow murderer?

Answers:
I just love the fact that though vegetarians hate meat, they need to have stuff the resembles meat as closely as possible.

I just love the fake grill marks on veggie burgers.....the existence of them is hilarious proof of the veggie hypocrisy.

Edit: Also note that the poster below me cannot back up any of his claims with facts, unless the come from a left wing nutcase veggie site.

And plants have Cholesterol though in smaller amounts than meat.

No,the biggest market of those veggie burgers are people who suffer from high cholesterol,so they have to have a veggie burger instead of a real hamburger since cholesterol only comes from animal products.

Well, some people are Vegans/ Vegetarians by choice, some by religious beliefs and some possibly because they have to for health reasons...

Regardless, just because one indulges in soy burgers, does not mean they consider others who do to be cow murderers..or that they indulge in soy burgers to prevent themselves from being labeled as cow killers...

That is like saying that because I don't eat seafood (due to my dislike of its taste), I think anyone who serves, purchases or is a fisherman by trade are fish killers. There is no relation to the comparion you are trying to make. One has nothing to do with the other...

What an odd correlation to make. May I ask where you draw the line? Someone eating a veggie burger say.....they get 'reminded' of a real meat burger....so then the next time that craving will last until their next meal where they go get a real mean burger thus sending a message to the meat processing industry that their product is still in demand, let's go harvest more cows?

This is your correlation?

Well...what about people that drive past pastures and see cows. What about bilboards with cows on them, or milk commercials.

Do you think people are so Pavolvian that they can be influenced by such things?

I like a veggie burger now and then. Different taste and texture...healthy, but if I ate one in the middle of a cattle ranch not once would I become brainwashed into making a bee-line to McDonalds afterward. My brain is a little larger than 2 cc.

Ok....what about all those people that read my note with all the 'meat' and 'cow' references. I will then 'unknowlngly' be contributing to the killing os hundreds, if not thousands of cows as a result.

It's people like you (thouhgt like you expressed) that cause folks like me to wear a hazmat suit to mow the lawn.

Sheesh

no its show the gov, that there is not only real burgers but people who it soy burgers so the produce of meat must be slowed down

You need help.

Yes because it tastes exactly the same!!! (sarcasm) Unless they are extracting once eaten veggies from the cow in order to make them, lol, than absolutely not!! I can form tofu into the shape of a banana, but it doesnt make it a banana does it?
