My refrigerator was open all night and my food is spoiled. What should I buy?!

Question:

My refrigerator was open all night and my food is spoiled. What should I buy?

I'm satrting with NOTHING. I don't know how it happened, but I think something on the inside was pressed up against the door and forced it outward somehow. That was a big waste of food. Anyway.... I need to start from scratch. What do you suggest that I buy??? What's in your fridge?

Answers:
Mayo, mustard, milk, eggs, salad dressing, ketchup, horseradish (if you like it) what ever meats you lost, what ever veggies you lost, yogurt, cheese, pickles... Pretty much just take inventory of what you lost and what you actually used. I have had that problem with power outages (last summer was horrible here for that). I had strange things like seseme oil in my fridge that I had to replace, but I use it a lot when cooking fish...

First off buy garbage bag's, Than stock the frig with your favorite items.

well, for starters...my fridge has frozen meats, pork and chicken simply coz they can be stored mor than a month. on the chiller side, ive got the basics, spread, mayo, mustard, pickles, catsup, 1 half loaf of bread, pesto sauce, tomato garlic dip sauce, water and canned fruit juices. it really depends if ur living alone or have a family. if ur alone, start with just the basic. especially if ur home is near a suoermarket. if ur farther out, then supply urself with the necessary food that u always look for when ur hungry.

Have you never gone grocery shopping before? It all depends on what kind of foods you like. The basics are probably milk, juice, eggs, butter, cheese, ham, mayo, jelly, etc.

Buy fruits and some juices and ice-cream. I love eating out and mostly take fruits and juices to drink from my freezer.

a refrigerator door closer

Mustard, mayo, ketchup, salad dressing, butter, milk, eggs, fruit, veggetables, meat, cheese and lunchmeat, yogurt.
