Do you have a good receipe with cucumber, tomatoes, and onions-not Greek?!

Question:

Do you have a good receipe with cucumber, tomatoes, and onions-not Greek?

I have fixed a greek salad all this week with these ingredients, and am getting tired of it. Do you have another idea?

Answers:
Cucumber Salsa
Seed cucumber and dice, seed tomato and dice, dice onion, seed and dice jalapeno (to taste) add chopped cilantro, fresh lime juice, and salt. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.

I just take all those ingredients and fresh mozz. cheese and pour Italian dressing over it and it is really good

Salad not Greek. I have added sliced strawberries, spinach leaves, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and red onions with either diced chicken or turkey to make a wonderful salad - with a vinaigrette.

Also you can take chicken breast, tomatoes, cheese, onions and chicken broth and baked your chicken and decorate it with the sliced cucumbers.

Hope you like the suggestions.

How about spicy gazpacho?

How about a cucumber salad? Just mix cukes, tomatoes and onion with Italian dressing. Voila! Or if you like a sweet slaw, you can bring 2 cups of vinegar to a boil and dissolve 3/4 cup of sugar (or more if you like!!!) in it. Pour it over the cukes and onions and pop in the fridge until it cools. Then add the tomatoes.

Make a sandwich, just add some cheese, also good with some maramite.
