I drink a soy protein shake for breakfast and after my workout in the evening. I also use a lot of meat substitutes and tofu for my meals. Nuts are also a good source of protein.

Beans, vegetables, fruits (I'm not a vegan by the way)

I think they get it from some other source *wink*

Everything has protein, even fruit...have you ever heard of anyone with a protein deficiency? No.That's because it's pretty hard to do unless you are trying.

If you're (contraction is the joining of TWO words, such as 'YOU ARE' into 'you're'), thinking of a Tofu shake, or Smoothie, I am there, baby!

I make mine with:
1 peeled banana,
1/4 cup plain yogurt,
1/tbsp Folgers decaf instant coffee,
1/2 cup 1% milk,
1/2 cup water,
1 scoop soy powder, protein powder,
1/4 can frozen Apple juice concentrate,
1/4 to 1/2 carrot,
4 slices Zucchini,
4 slices yellow squash,
1 clove garlic,
1/4 Onion,
4 Tbsp Ovaltine, or equiv. chocolate powder,
1/2 apple, with skin, seeds,
up to 1/4 cup tofu and,
any vegetables parts, left overs, in the refrigerator, in moderation, preferred fresh.

We can add melons, but not the rinds or seeds.
Oranges, lemons limes except for any bitter rinds.

Then two cups icecubes and put the lid on the Vita Mixer and grind on HIGH for 15 seconds!
I wouldn't try this in a regular blender!
Chocolate Coffee flavoured shake/smoothie for 4 to 6!

Drop the chocolate, coffee, for frozen Three berries, blueberries, or strawberries, or, peaches, or pinapple, coconut... Think about the flavors! Try to mix ones that don't conflict!

HUGE anti-oxident boost, fresher than a V-8!

Im not even vegetarian and i get a lot of my protein from black beans (or similar) because its cheaper than meat. Whole grains can also be a source of protein as the outer bran layer is rich in it.

Vegans get much protein from whole grains, legumes, nuts. Most everything else also has some protein.

every single thing i eat - whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, vegetables, and fruit.

You'll probably think me stupid but... i think our bodies can fend for theirself, you know... we get usedd to everything and we ciope. I dont take any pills, or shakes, ect. I let my body do the work
