What do you like to put on your hotdog?
I'm looking for some new hotdog tastes for a party I'm having. What's your favorite way to prepare a hotdog? What brand of hotdog do you like best? Do you prefer it grilled, boiled or fried?

Grilled hotdogs are the best. I went to a party and they made hotdogs but they had so many things for toppings that everyone enjoyed so much. They made a hotdog stand and besides on the table these were the toppings they had. Now, I don't remember all of them, but here's about half of them.
- Ketchup, mustard, relish
- BBQ sauce
- Teriyaki sauce
- Bacon bits
- Onions in vinegars (pickled)
- dilli pickles
- Hot pepper
- Broken up chips
- Cheese (melted, grated, thin slices)
- Butter / margarine
- Tabasco sauce
- honey mustard
- yogurt, mint, a little mayo and olive oil blended together
- ranch sauce
- Ceaser dressing
- croutons
- lettuce
- salsa
-tomatoes (sliced)
- cucumber (sliced)
- Olives (sliced)
- honey, chillipepper and garlic sauce (homemade)
- spicy apple sauce
- radish pickled
- Tuna salad (very light)
- egg salad (very light)
- Kidney bean salad (beans, tomato puree and onions)
- Mushrooms
- Avocado (chopped)
- and I dont remember what else
I don't know why they called it the hotdog BBQ where as it was more of a sandwich treat

I really don't have any favorite hot dog brands. I guess that ballpark is good. And I loved it to be grilled, that is the best. boiled is okay but I don't do fried food. I like to have ketchup, miraclewhip, and mustard. with chili, cheese, and a little bit of relish.
I like Ball Park 100% white meat turkey dogs. They r yummy.
What my mom used to do is cut a hotdog in half lengthwise and put it on half of a toasted hot dog bun with melted cheese.
She called it hotdog surprise..lol.
I like an ordinary hot dog... hot dog bun, boiled hot dog (or grilled), mustard or katchup, chilli, and relish
I did see someone put mayo on their hot dog with manwich meat.
It would be good with some grilled onions- and maybe mushrooms - like burger add ons

I really like Nathan's hotdogs right off the grill, topped with sauerkraut and ketchup, mmmmmm.
I don't have a preference for hot dogs but I prefer them grilled. I would also eat them boiled (which I usually do because it's fast). I usually put on them chili, onions, relish, cheese (grated), mayonaise and sometimes ketchup.
They are messy but good!!
The usual way is with mayo on the bun, then the hot dog placed in bun, then ketchup, mustard, and dill relish put on top. Another good way is hot dog chili (homemade is best) and then KFC coleslaw put on top of that. Add onions and mustard if you want.
Schondland natural casing hotdogs are great. So are Kayem natural casing.( my kids like the "red" hotdogs). I like just ketchup and mustard on mine! Although sometimes a chili dog is good too. I usuall cook them on the grill in nice weather, otherwise I boil them.
