Sick of spam in my box?!

Question:

Sick of spam in my box?

why is it always there?

Answers:
A couple of reasons.

1. When you fill in online forums or registration often there will be a checkbox asking you if you want marketing offers or information. Sometimes this is missed or mandatory, the end result is you recieve spam. Sometimes when you click to NOT recieve spam you recieve it anyway.

2. People use zombie machines to spam millions of users with spam and viruses, your email address is either guessed with a generator program (takes a common word and builds various combinations e.g. johndoe1@yahoo,com johndoe2@ yahoo.com etc or addresses are already obtained using google-like applications which trawl webpages for '@' symbols and captures email addresses that way for spam lists.

3. Lastly spam can be sent by virus whhich have infected your friends computers and are sending themselves in a spam message to everyone in thier address book.

If you are tired of spam you can try google mail it filters a lot or you can create a mail account with a very complicated name and only give it to your friends.

Maybe it's because you always buy it at the grocery store? Why do you put this in the food & drink category?

Raise the filters in your 'Internet Options'

It just smells like spam.
It could be luncheon sausage.

ummm, it could just be spam (the processed meat) in her lunch box? if she doesnt make here own lunch
