4-5 frozen large chicken breasts
1/4 cup low fat italian dressing

Place in crockpot (with chicken still frozen) on low heat for 5 hours.

1 fat free block (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can of cream of celery soup

Add to chicken in crockpot for one additional hour or until all of the cheese melts. Cut chicken into pieces while in the crockpot. Now you have a delicious low fat chicken mixture to put over wheat egg noodles or brown rice.
