Carrots dipped in peanut butter is my fav.

Spread a tablespoon of peanut butter on a graham cracker and sprinkle with chocolate chips .
And if you want to be really healthy use natural peanut butter and a rice cake topped with apple slices.

For a low fat treat, I mix fat free cool whip with low fat chocolate syrup and peanut butter and spread it on low fat graham crackers or vanilla wafers. It's yummy. I also love peanut butter and bananas on whole wheat toast.

All of the previous are excellent: My favorite one is small slices of banana on bread on one slice of bread and peatnut butter (liberally spread) on the other. You can add a few peanuts to this if you choose. Also, jams, jelly, as well as all kinds of fruit, especially apples, sliced in thin slices. This is healthy and great for you. Peanut butter cookies are also great. Vanilla Ice cream scoop in a bowl with a teaspoon of peanut butter is also very nice.

I use celery or apples. The other thing I do at work for is eat it straight with a spoon. JIF makes these little single serving sizes and a little tast mid-morning alone or with a celery stick or cracker helps me make it to lunch. My co-worker calls it the "peanut butter pick-me up."

Peanut butter and plain hershey bar. The best. But it has to be JIF. My Fave.

a cup of cheerios and a spoonful of peanut butter. dip the spoon in the cup and enjoy. it is a little messy though, lol.

and if you're making bacon, peanut butter and bacon sandwiches are amazing. it sounds weird, but the saltiness of the bacon with the salt and sweetness of the peanut butter is perfect!

Dip mini pretzel sticks into peanut butter.

Peanut butter on a Log (celery stick) can be Ants on a Log if you add raisins.


Cookies:
one cup peanut butter
one egg
one cup flour

Mix the above and roll into walnut size balls. Place on cookie sheet. It doesn't have to be greased as the peanut butter will provide the oily source. You may flatten with your finger.
Bake at 350 degrees for five minutes.

For an added treat, add a Hershey's Kiss to the top before baking. YUM. We used to call those Witches Hats.
