After you get home, if you are hungry eat a medium snack. Not too heavy, not too light.

i think twice is good.

Really depends on when you wake up. Try a quick cup of coffee or juice as soon as you go into work and if possible breakfast around 9:30-10. Lunch at 1:30-2 and dinner at 5:30-6. Then have a snack later on. Try eating more nuts, trail mix and protein bars. They will keep you feeling full longer without fattening you up. Also keep the water filling you up all day and don't forget to grab a walk through out the day.

Ideally, eating only when you're hungry is really better for you than eating big meals on a schedule. With a schedule like you're on, I would really only eat small meals on my breaks and when you're at home if you're hungry get a little something. Bring things with you to work that will give you high energy, proteins, things like peanut butter are really great quick things for work. I worked an overnight shift for a few months and would end up eating like 5 or 6 very small meals a day. I would eat just before I went in around 9pm, like a bowl of cereal, eat a peanut butter & jelly sandwich on my break and have things like crackers or something small on my short breaks. Then I'd get home around like 7am and have a granola bar or some trail mix and sleep, lol. Then have something else small when I woke up. The thing to keep in mind is that while it may seem like "snacking" if you keep the snacks healthy they aren't bad for you. It's the same things and amounts you'd eat in 3 meals a day, but that amount is spread out to 5 or 6 smaller meals.

Oh and if you want to bring peanut butter & jelly but don't want the bread to be a gross mushy mess by the time you go to eat it, spread peanut butter on both slices, and put your jelly in the middle, it can't soak into the bread that way.

Eat breakfast at 9 am and have your last meal at 5 pm and then you could have a little healthy snack at 7 if you are still hungry.

when you wake up for breakfast and your last meal at least 2 hours before you go to bed. Big dump should b taken after lunch
