Can't go wrong with a fruit salad. My fav is watermelon, kiwi, banana, starfruit and honeydew, topped with soy whipped topping and a few fresh (not canned) cherries. Smoothies are awesome too. I like green tea-peach and strawberry-kiwi.
there's always a fresh fruit salad that's delicious. or you could get an angel food cake, and pour over some frozen fruit and simple syrup over it. a nice sorbet is also refreshing and yummy.
Strawberries sliced with balsamic vinegar and a tablespoon of splenda!!Its a great recipe.It sounds gross at first but its so good you wont belive it!=-)
This is healthy, easy and yummy.
* 100 g Strawberries
* 50 g Raspberries
* 50 g Blueberries
* 50 g Blackberries
* 25 g Caster Sugar
* 50 ml Orange juice
Method:
* Cook berries with sugar and orange juice in a saucepan for 8 minutes.
* Serve the berries with vanilla ice cream.
Strawberry Tower
1. take a couple of the crackers (unsalted)that you normally can eat
2. slice up strawberries
3. Get the sugar-free jam/jelly available in the stores
4. put a little jam on the cracker and a slice of strawberry and another cracker with a little jam on top and then another slice of strawberry. Stack it up
Milky bread
Take a piece of bread. Spread whipped cream add slices of kiwi Put half a teaspoon of chocolate powder on top of the kiwi. Add strawberry slices. Top it off with another bread. Cut up the sandwich into four pieces and put icing on top.
oven roasted pears
put your pears in the oven at medium temp for about 15mins, make sure you have some water at bottom of dish (just enough to cover the bottom of dish) and check with the fork they are not too soft.
once out of the oven place in a bowl with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, one vanilla stick (if you like), top it with some honey...

If you eat dairy, try this-mix marscapone cheese with honey and vanilla extract to taste and serve with fresh strawberries and other fruit. The marscapone tastes like pure heaven but it is not too high in fat and you only need a little dab.
