I think it blocks the bladder which can cause men to go hard for 20 + hours, its not recommended.
girl i have used it and let me tell you it was a waste of $$$
i dont know if it works for some people but it didnot work on me. maybe if the person you are going to give it to really thinks it is ---it will work for him/her ----but no i personally don't think so
