How long do deviled eggs stay good?!

Question:

How long do deviled eggs stay good?

I want to make them ahead of time for a picnic.
Can I make them the night before?

Answers:
Oh definitely, you can make them the night before as long as you keep them in the fridge. In fact they taste better when all the flavors have come together. IF there are any leftovers and they haven't been in the sun too long, they're good for another day. (Otherwise they'll stink up the fridge.)

Yes you can. Keep the egg mix seperate and fill the egg halves in the morning.

Yes, they would be fine for a day, I usually make them for dinner and then the next day or even two I eat them if they are left over. If you want to serve them for a picnic you might want to keep the filling mixture seperate from the eggs and then fill them right before going to the picnic so they seem as fresh as possible.

YES, definitely! They will still be delicious the next day, plus they would have already set making it easier to serve & stay together

yup i always fill the night before. then they are firm and they taste really goo dbecause everything is blended together

yes you can separate the filling from the egg whites and keep each tightly covered. Then fill them just before your event. This will keep them from getting " weepy" overnight in the frig.

oo yes can make them the night before. however nething past like 2 days i wouldnt trust them as being "good" still.

yes they stay good for about three days in the fridge

Well the books say yes as long as you keep them refrigerated. Now from my personal experience I wouldn't know because they just don't last that long around me. When are you planning on making them and what's your address?
