Kix
Life

Try smacks or honey bunhces of oats. raisin bran or total

The natural ones that don't taste as good, don't have marshmallow bits in them and aren't nearly as much fun.

Honey Bunches of Oats are awesome. I loved them when I was a kid. Cereal like cherios and stuff can be real good with fruit in it.

But unless your kid is entirely overweight, why not just let them be a kid?

yes. Cheerios also lowers cholesteral

Raisin Brand

KIX is a good one..........also cheerios.
They aren't that fun, but they are kid-type cereals with low sugar.

1 1/4 cups of KIX has 3 grams of sugar.

Even some of them don't say "less sugar"...check the nutrional info on the side of the box, you might be surprised.....

Good luck!

Go to the natural food store or Trader Joes. My grocery store has a section of healthy cereals, my kids like Puffins and Gorilla Munch. Honey nut Cherrios are a good choice too.

"Nuri-grain" cerials have no added sugar and to my evidence, they're about the only one. Available at Safeway, Albertsons, etc.

I love original cheerios the best 1 gram of sugar per serving i have it everymorning its definitly a taste you come to love...
also alpahbets they are just as good as cheerios right now with no grams of sugar the ones with out marshmellows and fiber one is a great choice just add fruit to it and ur good or low sugar oatmeal is a great idea too from quacker

how about trying 'puffed wheat, corn flakes, cheerios, crispix, total' and there are others but you will have to sweeten them to your liking. i like puffed wheat and cheerios

Cream of Wheat, All Bran. Kids hate them, but they are much better for them.

kix only have 3g of sugar per serving
