you really shouldn't have any used water , you should be grilling them on the George Forman or steaming them they taste so much better but if you must boil just dump the used water.

I always like to make a soup that is excellent.
1 Chicken Breast cut in cubes.
1 Poblano Chile cut in cubes
1 Chile Pasilla
1 Medium Onion Diced
2 Roma Tomato Diced
2 Tbls of Tomato Paste
1 Tea spoon of Cumin
3 Cloves of Garlic Minced
Cook all ingredients at the same time on medium heat until Chiles are soft.
Serve with Cilantro a splash of lemon and a Tsp of Sour cream.
Don't add salt. If salt is needed add Chicken Bullion cubes instead.
The same thing I do with new hot dog water.
