What is the name of those chocolates from Alba, Italy?!

Question:

What is the name of those chocolates from Alba, Italy?

I was in Alba couple of years ago. I was there for wine, cheese & hazelnuts convention. (I'm not even in food industry. lol)
I couldn't stop eating these gumball-size chocolates. They are not regular in shape, covered with coco powder. Super soft like truffles, with hazelnut favor. They sell them everywhere in Alba, but I didn't see them in other parts of Italy. It's usually sold by the grams.
When I ask the name, they only told me it's "cioccolato". (Probably because my Italiano is bad)

Can you tell me what is its name?

I thought it's truffle, but my Italian friends insist it's not. I guess I'm looking for "Truffle" in Italian? (how silly, lol)

It's not Ferrero Rocher! I grew up with that stuff and you can get it in any grocery stores. It's not Perugina either.
Those chocolates are not pre-packaged. They are fresh from chocolatiers.

Venchi is an Italian gourmet chocolate manufacturer founded by artisan chocolatier Silvano Venchi. After its establishment in Turin in early 1878, the company gained immediate popularity throughout Italy with its Nougatine, small candies made of crushed and caramelized hazelnuts coated in dark chocolate. The company's manufacturing follows typically regional recipes while also favouring a strict selection process of its primary ingredients. Many of the 250 products in their collection are still handmade and distributed on demand, as for example the well-known Gianduja chocolate made with hazelnuts from Piedmont, (a Protected Geographical Indication ingredient).

For the production of the various chocolates, Venchi prefers cocoa originating from the best plantations in Central/South America and Africa, distilled rum from the Caribbean, as well as natural vanilla. The Piedmontese hazelnuts are claimed to prevent the chocolate from tasting acid. Venchi chocolate does not contain animal fats, hydrogenated oils, or artificial preservatives.

They are Gianduia chocolates - a specialty of the Piedmont region of Italy.
There are many types, irregular, ball shaped or triangular oblongs - or even layered - they are delicious in any form or shape.
They can easily be made at home, and we Italians grow up on the stuff.
