I want to do something special for my boyz...?!

Question:

I want to do something special for my boyz...?

It has been a rough week. While my husband and roommate and I were in San antonio getting married our house was broken into and robbed (even the food out of the freezer). But as is life; you have to swing with the punches and my husband and his best friend have had no time to just recoop, instead the head straight to work everyday, while I feel helpless here on the couch. I'm thinking of fixing them a special dinner to maybe boost their spirits. My husband is 21 and his best friend is 22. What do you think they would like most?

That is so sad, I hope you find out who did it! Here's a recipe my husband and his friends like,
FAMILY MEATLOAF

2 lbs ground round
1 cup bread crumbs or crushed saltine crackers
2 eggs
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 small onion diced
1 clove garlic crushed
1 pkg meatloaf seasoning mix
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 small can tomato sauce

Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, 1/2 cup cheese, onion, garlic, seasoning packet, and black pepper. Pour tomato sauce over the top and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Place in a loaf pan and bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours on bottom rack of oven.

Final internal temperature should be 170°F for ground beef. Ovens vary, so check meatloaf after 1 hour.

Make them lasagna and tuna salad. This is a great meal!

WHen it comes to men you know the answer is always MEAT AND POTATOES> Either some steaks and baked or mashed potatoes or ROASTBEEF and mashed potatoes. And dont forget to have cold beer available!!! Good luck!!
