Sounds like kettle corn or caramel corn (microwave) are just right for you. Also try a cup of hot sweet tea, (decaf or herbal). Something like Raspberry Zinger is sweet enough to be satisfying.

sorry, the salt will bloat you. try fruit for the sweet, can't help you with the hot, i'm too white for spice lol...lol...
Maybe some carrots and ranch or an apple, banana, fruit or maybe some yogurt or granola bars.
Learn to make your own salsa. You can control how much salt you put in and it's just tomatoes, onions, jalape?os, cilantro, and lime juice. Not too bad. Just take it easy on the chips, and don't eat within two hours of going to bed.

Try cutting up some carrot sticks- its still healty enough and you won't pack on any unwanted pounds.
