Is it true that honey is the only food that does not go bad?!

Question:

Is it true that honey is the only food that does not go bad?

Answers:
I think it is one of the few that won't, didn't they find some in an Egyptian tomb recently, and it was still edible.... although I wonder who tried it first?!

false, it will go bad over time, all food does, it takes a while, but the sugar in the honey is an excellent place for bacteria which WILL grow eventually

only one that I know of.

What about Marmite?
What about Camels' milk?
What about Salt?

NOPE

I have heard this as well and so far as I can think ....it is the only food that i know of that wont ever spoil

Twinkies?

peanut butter and government cheese

Honey was found in the pyramids and when heated returned to it's original condition, just how edible it was i don't know.

No. It takes longer than processed foods but it will go bad and usually results in botulism poisoning! My mum had it some years ago and was very, very poorly for a long time.

Honey from the honeypot-mmmmm love it

Never goes bad-it's just the hormones and moods of the woman producing it that do-lol

It also turns bears into monsters when it goes bad-lol

i have heard of this, didnt they find honey in the tombs of the pyramids and it was still ok to eat,

I think that dried fruits such as raisins or sultanas can't go off either.
