When I was a chef and worked in Jamaica, we used to cook the racks and legs on a rotissiere.

Like lamb, it can be cooked medium, marinate it in a similar way, my preference is oil, garlic, lemon and oregano. In Jamaica we used to do it with a spicy sauce like jerk/BBQ sauce.

Some may find it a bit heady a meat so cook it well, depend on the cut, you may want to part cook it, either in the oven or lightly boiled.
