I want a healthy snack to eat. Any Ideas?!

Question:

I want a healthy snack to eat. Any Ideas?

Answers:
celery dipped in your favorite salsa... it is low cal low fat and you can eat as much of it as you want seeing how celery is considered a zero food (it takes more calories to digest it then it has in it)

The new Dairy Queen Waffle Sundae.

:-)

OK, its not healthy but it looks damn good!!!!

Fresh fruit is healthy and actually tastes good

A healthy snack would be one that is low in bad fats, low in enriched simple carbohydrates, high in protein, and high in complex carbohydrates. Candidates include: fruit, vegetables, fat free yogurt, peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat, low fat string cheese, berries, whole grain low sugar cereal, low fat milk...

apple w/ some peanut butter; handful of nuts, granola bar or pria bars are pretty good too!

activa yougart

Go with the classics, celery with penut butter in the center.

My fave staple is an apple and pretzels! If your feeling zesty, sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on the apple peices!

vodka!!!(jus kidding)

When I want a healthy snack I eat fruit or raw vegtables with ranch dressing, also Ouaker oats has a new snack thier cinnamon oat balls and thier really good, or even granola bars are really good to. Hope this helps

granola bars (sorry if i spell granola bars wrong).

If you want a healthy snack you would want something that is low in bad fats and bad carbs. You would also want something that is high in protein for example a peanaut butter sandwhich on wheat bread, it tastes good and is good for you. If you don't want a sandwhich I would highly recomend low fat yogurts, fruits, veggies, whole grain cereal with low fat or skim milk. A great snack is a fruit salad with water or milk.

fruit salad with alot of melons
