What food looks nasty and sounds nasty but is really really good?!

Question:

What food looks nasty and sounds nasty but is really really good?

Answers:
My boyfriends cooking.

sauerkraut

coon....

asparagus

My guess would be a durian fruit-it smells like a baby's diaper, but the soft custard like seed tastes like heaven.

Guacamole.

Baklava (BAH-CLAA-VAH) a Mediterranean pastry with multiple thin layers and a honey and nut sauce. My favorite desert. I don't recommend trying to make it. If you were to rate the difficulty of how hard it is to make I'd give it a 10/10 10 being most difficult. Or turkey balls, no not like that ground turkey baked in the shape of meatballs.

vegetable curry

Hummus

Fried Pickles in ranch dressing (but dont eat too many because after a few they start to not taste so good...)

Sushi, if you're into that kind of sick eating....LOL!

I know it sounds really gross especially if your a vegetarian but chicken hearts are delicious, especially curried with some rice. They don't look very pleasant though. Langua(beef tongue) is another one of those foods. And also bullock(I don't know how to spell it) This is a partially developed chicken or duck inside the egg. It hasn't developed feathers yet. It tastes really good with pepper and lemmon. Believe it or not these are all really great foods you just have to be willing to go out of your comfort zone.

liver and onions is a good meal if you cook it right.

Hog Maws
Chitin's
