BBQ Bacon Chicken Bites
Ingredients
2 lbs. cubed, boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 lb. sliced bacon
Black Pepper BBQ Sauce
Directions

Pizza on the grill can be a fun and interesting BBQ option for your casual summer party, not to mention the shocked look on your friends faces when you place a pizza on your grill. I use a higher quality frozen pizza and place it on a HOT clean grill. From time to time you will need to spin the pizza around on the grill (Do Not Flip) to avoid hot spots or burning. While cooking, keep the lid closed to cook the top of the pizza. I found that a homemade BBQ chicken pizza lends itself to the grill nicely because it picks up the smoky grill flavor and goes great with margaritas and Sodas.
