Rub chicken wings with olive oil and rub with the Chipotle Chili Powder and grill. Shrimp can also be done on a Kabob witht this seasoning for something interesting with a lil kick.

Don't be tied to a recipe for spice rubs. If you found a spice which sounds good, add it to some Old Bay (or similar), Kosher Salt, and Ground Black Pepper, rub it liberally on the meat at least 30 an hour before cooking and see how it tastes.

here is a place you can get Rocking Chipotle dip mix i use it in hamburgers, chili and also rub on chicken and steak it is really good. You can also make a dip out of it and there is a ton of recipes for it on here also
