I'm A Lacto-Ovo Vegetarian Who needs Help Dining At Amusement Park Lagoon?
Lacto-ovo means I still eat egg and dairy {though Im slowly trying to stop...} and yet... it seems, if i get anything deep fried at this place, it'll be covered in beef fat, or dipped in the same oil as some dead animal! As we all {probably} know, an amusement park such as Lagoon {in utah, united states} has few foods that arent deep fryed or covered in grease. I wouldn't mind starving if it was only a day long visit, but we will be camping there an entire month, and I dont see shaved ice and cotton candy as the sweetest diet.

Hmm...let me think...I remember they have a subway... and most of the stands tend to have salads and some other unfried, (unmeat :) foods...
also, since you said 'we,' This site might help too. They do catering and even boxed lunches, one that is specifically 'vegetarian.'
Have a blast! Can't wait until I get to go this summer again!!!

Going to lagoon at least once every summer since I was 8
I've never been to Lagoon, but I know that many amusement parks have picnic areas. Why don't you try and pack a picnic for you and your family? That way they're not eating the deep fried, unhealthy park food as well? And it will be less expensive as you are staying there for a month.
I'm allergic to wheat - try finding something that's not fried in batter, on a crust or on bread! In those cases I take my own thermal lunch bag. Saves money too! Did it for a week at Disney World! (I guess you could eat cheese pizza at the park).
Most of these places have something suitable. Maybe the website has some menus? If not, bring your own stuff and shop at a market near where you are camping.
