Does anyone have good recipies that can be made on a George Forman grill?
I am trying to cook healhtier for my husband and myself and wanted to know if anyone has any good, creative, healthy recipies or ideas that can be made with the lean, mean, grilling machine!

Cheese- Stuffed Turkey Burgers
3 lb ground turkey breast
1 or 2 jalape?o chiles, seeded, chopped
1 cup diced Monterey Jack cheese with jalape?o chile peppers
3/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups Old El Paso? Thick 'n Chunky salsa
12 hamburger buns, split, toasted
12 slices tomato
Additional Old El Paso? Thick 'n Chunky salsa, if desired
1. Heat Grill. In large bowl, mix turkey, chiles, cheese, pepper and 1 1/2 cups salsa. Shape mixture into 12 patties, each about 3/4 inch thick.
2. Place patties on grill. Cover grill; cook over medium heat 6-8 minutes, , until thermometer inserted in center is 165'
3. Serve burgers on buns with tomato slices and additional salsa.

grill cheese is the best ,in fact any hot sandwitch,
I use my George Foreman grill at least 4 times a week. My family loves my grilled shrimp. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. Marinate shrimp (large) in olive oil, garlic powder, ground black pepper, rosemary and thyme for at least one hour. The longer the better. Thread 4-5 shrimp on each skewer (depends on size of shrimp) Spray George with cooking spray and when George is hot place skewers on George, close lid and cook for about 3 minutes. I serve the shrimp with Rice Pilaf and asparagus. YUM!
Mahi-mahi steaks seasoned with lemon pepper.
Salmon fillets rubbed with olive oil and lemon juice and seasoned with salt and pepper.
Sweet potato slices. Grill and then drizzle with honey and a dash of salt.
Make healthy quesadillas filled w/ lowfat cheese, grilled veggies, chicken, etc.
