I've been eating way too much lately!?
Just last week I was eating 3 normal meals a day then after that I've been eating way too much!!! Today I had cereal for breakfast then later a little bit of rice and pork, then a peanut butter sandwich then some egg noodles with chicken, a very small bowl, then a cup of cereal what the hell is my problem!? Why am I eating so much and Id like it to stop

Sit down and plan what your going to eat for the day plan for 4 to 5 small meals. You are the only one who can stop the hand to mouth action you have. Since your aware of what your doing and it really hasn't been that long that you've been doing it you control it.
If your a teenager or younger this also maybe a growth spurt in the offing, then eating is - OK.
if you are a child then you may be having a growth spurt. you could be stressed or down and emotionally eating. are you on any new medications? are you sleeping less than usual? are you exercising more? male hormonal cycle? you should really talk to your doctor if the problem persists

Some weeks its like I am so hungry and i feel like I'm constanly eating!
Other weeks its normal.................maybe our bodies are just in need of more energy sometimes.
