Answers:
Rissoles darl!

Ground beef
onion chopped finely
pinch mixed herbs (opt)
salt and pepper
worcesterhire sauce (tablespoon)
tomato(ketchup) sauce (big squirt)
flour

put some flour on tray or plate, mix other ingredients and make into patties using the flour so it doesnt stick to your hands. Heat some oil in frypan and cook rissoles till brown on each side and cooked through. You may have to turn heat down a litlte. Serve wth brown onion gravy or you could make your own gravy out of the juices. Have with mashed potatoes, peas, broccolli and carrots, or just salad.

fireman salad really good

INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cube beef bouillon
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
2 1/4 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
DIRECTIONS
Brown beef in a large skillet over medium high heat. Stir in flour, bouillon, salt and pepper. Saute all together for about 5 minutes or until flour is absorbed. Gradually stir in milk and Worcestershire sauce. Bring all to a simmer, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened, about 5 to 10 minutes. Serve hot! either over egg noodles or garlic toast

Mix your beef with about3/4 cup (per pound) of instant rice & form into 2" meatballs. Bake in condensed tomato soup for "porcupine" meatballs. (kids LOVE this).
You can also use mushroom soup. DON"T add water to the soup!

Brown it with onions & salsa, place with cheese in tortillas & grill or bake for quesadillas.

Make meatballs by adding bread crumbs & egg, then bake in barbecue sauce or teriyaki marinade.

Be creative--ground beef is SO versatile!!

mom used to make pasta shells and cooked chopped up hamburger meat with garlic salt and butter and its soooooo good and easy and cheap to make.

skillet steaks.

make the beef into patties and cook them in a little oil in a skill. When they're done, add flour, salt and pepper to the grease in the pan. Then stir in milk til you have a gravy. Put the steaks back in the pan. Serve each steak and a little gravy over rice. mmm!

Saute onions, bell peppers and mushrooms then add your ground beef(season with salt and pepper....I prefer Tonys instead of salt) and brown
Drain the excess grease, then you can add a can of Cream of Mushroom and Cream of Celery soup.
You can also add a can of Rotel if you like it a little spicy.
Simmer for 15 to 30 minutes and eat over rice with Garlic Bread.
Fast, easy, and simple.
You can also use Cream of Chicken in any combination

Shipwreck Casserole
An old-fashioned "hamburger hot dish" from an old newspaper clipping.

1 cup chopped onion
2 medium potatoes, shredded
1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup shredded carrots
salt and pepper
paprika
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 cup red wine.
Butter a 2-quart casserole. Layer with onions, potatoes, ground beef, carrots, sprinkling each layer with salt, pepper, and paprika. Combine soup with boiling water; pour over all. Pour wine on top. Bake at 300° for 3 hours.
Shipwreck casserole serves 4.

You could make individual meat loaves. Combine the uncooked meat with 1/3 cup oatmeal, chopped onion, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese. Form into small rectangular loaves. Make a sauce with 1/2 cup ketchup, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, and a squirt of mustard. Or you could just use some bottled BBQ sauce in a pinch. Spoon sauce over meat loaves then bake at 350 for about 25 minutes. These are one of my family's favorites! Hope this helps.
