and for the number of servings, how can one consume that amount in a day?

The average adult should eat 1.8 grams of protein per kilogram of weight. In other words a person weighing 150 pounds should eat about 4 oz of protein a day. 150 / 2.2 X 1.8 / 16 = ounces of protein per day

i think its 2-3-4 some thing like that i think 2-3 really but eat some at lunch then at dinner i serving each time
