Answers:
No doubt this si very healthy but the no lunch not a very fgood idea. You should have breakfast like a king lunch like a prince and dinner like a servant thats the healthy way to eat and no u won't gain weight

you didn't eat enough breads, meats, and veggies!! NOt enough!!!

Depends on how tall/big you are. You've had a lot of grain and very little protein (except in the dairy products). Not much in the way of fruits and veg either.

sounds pretty healthy to me.
I don't think a bird would gain weight eating that.

Yes it was heathly.

I personally think you should be eating more. Skipping lunch isnt the best you should eat 3 meals a day. Try and eat more for lunch than you would for dinner as lunch is well digested before you go to bed.

Generally...the rule is that if you cannot eat like this every day for the rest of your life...you cannot eat like this.

You didn't eat enough. You ate mostly grains and dairy. You still need veggies and protein.

No. Most people need more food than what they eat. It is not completely buttery and oily foods so it is not too much. Next time, add more meats and veggies.

No, you didnt eat enough.

Hesalthy for snacks but you didnt really have any meals.

Eat like six small meals a day and get tons of fruits and veggies, some dairy. keep it up, just make sure you eat enough or your body will o into starvation mode and hold all the calories instead of burning them off therefore stopping your metabolism.
Drink lots of water.
