While it would be tough to answer this question without knowing what your fiance likes (i.e. - spicy, sweet, etc.), one of the best places to start would be here: http://www.recipezaar.com/recipes.php?q=...

Currently they have over 1,000 recipes for "Sea Bass Marinade" though, which is where the filters come in handy such as "ingredients", etc. allowing you to narrow down the field a bit. In fact, by using the category filter, I narrowed it down to a total of 68 recipes for simple sea bass marinades that a beginner cook could do in three or less steps just to make things easy on you: http://www.recipezaar.com/recipes.php?q=...

Good luck, and I hope you both enjoy whatever you decide on ;)

Gourmet magazine's recipe search is great! Just type in "Chilean Sea Bass".
