Which vegetables are indigestible (i.e. corn)?!

Question:

Which vegetables are indigestible (i.e. corn)?

Answers:
Celery since it's mainly fiber and water
Other high fiber foods... cabbage, lettuce (mainly fiber and water too)

Corn is easy to see since our teeth can't mash the outside hull and it's brightly colored, unlike celery, lettuce and cabbage.

Fiber is present in all plants that are eaten for food, including fruits, vegetables, grains, and legumes.

carrots
cucumbers
zucchini
celery
tomatoes

insoluble fiber content
