Question:

Heard so much about them but never made one, how do you make an omelette?

Answers:
The first thing to decide is what type of omlette you want.

Some choices are: chopped ham, cooked chicken, cooked bacon, shredded cheese, green onions, mushrooms, black olives, broccoli, asparagus - really anything that sounds good.

Crack three eggs into a bowl, add 1/4 cup of milk and spices - salt and pepper to taste and a splash of Tabasco if you like it. Scramble the eggs well.

Pour eggs into a pan and let them cook on the first side. You'll know it's ready to flip when the egg looked cooked around the edges. Flip it over and then add all the goodies - the meats and veggies. Fold in half and cover with cheese. Put a lid over it and turn off heat until cheese melts.

Sprinkle with chives and enjoy - preferably with hash browns and orange juice!

If you've never made them i recommend this site i pasted in my sources and here. http://www.pineapple-girl.com/omelet.htm...

what i do is scramble 3 eggs and add salt and pepper then spray a non stick frying pan with Pam cooking spray and let it warm up and then add the egg mixture to it...
while the egg mixture is starting to harden you can add cheese and ham or whatever you want inside and then when the edges start getting golden brown flip one side over the egg to make it into an omelet be careful so it won't fall apart....then flip one more time and it should be done... voila

making an omelette is really easy .and i am sure u can do it.

1.take a omlette and crack it in a bowl

2.beat the egg and add any of ur favorite vegeies (like onion ,tomato,potato,asparagus,spina... some meat like smoked bacon.then add salt and peper in the bowl

3.take all the mixture from the bowl and pour it on a preheaten pan but a bit of oil.

4.cook it until done

tada cur omlette is ready.bon apetit.have fun
