I just got a great raisin and oatmeal recipe and I went to Quaker.com. Their website has a recipe section.

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yield: 72 Cookies
1 cup Butter or margarine; soft
1 cup Granulated sugar
1 cup Brown sugar, firmly packed
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 cup Sifted all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon Soda
? teaspoon Salt
3 cup Quaker Oats, uncooked
6 ounce Semi-sweet chocolate pieces
? cup Chopped walnuts

Beat butter and sugars together until creamy. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture; blend well. Stir in oats, chocolate pieces, and walnuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cooky sheets. Bake in preheated moderate oven (375 F) 10 to 12 minutes.

Oh that sounds so good. I would check out there website. Eat a extra one for me : )
