What do you put in your hamburger ?!

Question:

What do you put in your hamburger ?

I have seen putting garlic cloves in patties what is your ideas?

Answers:
i usually put a little worsteschire(sp?) sauce, lemon pepper and hickory salt. the worsteschire and hickory salt help give it a grilled flavor even if you pan grill it. occasionally i will chop a couple garlic cloves in largeish chunks and throw that in too. dont forget to add an egg. the egg helps to keep the meat from falling apart.

Cheese, bacon, and barbeque sauce... mmm i'm hungry.

minced onions, onion soup mix and whatever select herbs you may want

Eggs and crackers to help hold the meat together cheese onion garlic pretty much any thing that would taste good with hamburger meat

the best thing that i have used is Lipton onion soup mix. just mixed the dry powder in and cook them. they are good.

anything that tastes good..

chopped onions and an egg (to bind). Stuffed burgers are great too - make two small patties, put cheese or veggies on top of one pattie, cover with the other and squish the edges together and cook.

Good Luck & Good Eats!!!

hard boiled egg slices

Minced Chipolata peppers and Worcestershire sauce

Just a tad of worcestershire sauce. It brings out the natural flavor of the meat. I really hate to cover up the flavor. Sometimes a dash of liquid smoke is nice.

Hi. I sweat off some diced onions and when it cools down I add that to the mince. I also add some mustard(french), tomato sauce, eggs, fresh herbs and some salt and pepper.

I'm not picky and looking at all these good answers has really got me hungry! I think I will try the Garlic Cloves and i'm going to splurge and get some "Sirloin Burger" thanks for figuring out what I'm having for dinner tonight!

My husband makes the BEST hamburgers ... he makes each into 'two thin burgers' then adds cheese ... sometimes cheddar, sometimes pepper jack, sometimes gorgonzola, or any other cheese ... then he puts them together and 'crimps' the edges around the cheese. He'll also sometimes add 'Italian seasoned breading' on the outside ... YUM!

Beef of course, ketchup, mustard, onions, lettuce, and some other stuff.... ooh, you're making me hungry, lol!

I've put chunks of blue cheese in the middle of my patty before cooking. But the best for me is a Chili Cheese Bacon Egg and Avocado burger. YUM!

A garlic clove and pepper in the patties is good, but after cooking then add a fried egg (over easy or basted), slice of cheddar cheese, slice of sweet onion, lettuce, tomato, and deli-style mustard..

Finely diced onion, worcestershire sauce, a little bit of bread crumbs and some dried parsely flakes.

You're not making meatloaf! The hamburger meat should not have anything in it except seasonings ( salt, pepper, garlic powder, old bay, etc...). However, if you feel like stuffing the burger, I recommend a little bleu cheese...awesome!

chopped onion and cracked black pepper

i put onions green pepper, mayonaiise , ketchup, ...

and like to make the hamburger, the meat and bread crumbs , eggs, salt and pepper , and cook ... lol

jalapenos and chilli

Three meats; beef, pork, veal, salt, and pepper. Anything else is meatloaf.

I don't put anything in my burger, but my husband also likes the Lipton onion soup mix. Sometimes he uses the mushroom/onion mix. What I do is lightly grill the buns.
