When did Tripas come back out on the market?
They were taken off the market during the mad cow disease. I just saw them in the grocery store again. Why did they ban it to begin with? It wasn't part of the nervous system.

i dont think they were ever really gone.....maybe they were but they were always in my menudo on sunday.....but then again i live in a 99% latino neighborhood, so they are pretty much everywhere........wow now i cant wait for sunday morning!
Is that the same as tripe? It's never been off the market here (US).
