I don't know where locally is to you, but this is who I use.
most big grocery stores carry it in there ethnic food section. If its not there look at your local asian market.
Go to a chinese store, like one of them little dirty ones.
"Locally" is pretty vague, but look at large grocery stores in ethnic section or go to asian market!
