Do you like navy beans?
I made these navy bean burritos and they were delicious. I cooked them for about 2 hours, until they were creamy with seasoning, onion, garlic, green pepper and bacon. Then I served them on tortillas and topped with melted cheese.
It was delicious. Maybe someone has already come up with this recipe, but I just thought I'd share cause it was so good.

I like to add diced ham chunks to my navy beans, Tasso, turkey or Italian sausage chunks works well too. Down in South Louisiana we serve ours over rice.

hmm, i don't know, I DO KNOW that Seals like navy beans. I personally can't get enough army beans, marine beans are a little to tough for my liking though

I eat them, but only in a bean soup. After holidays, I save my ham bone to make a bean soup later. I use navy beans and my mom uses butter beans.
