stay away from it and try to think of what they are cooking it in or how many people who just went to the bathroom just touched that food also fast food makes you FAT!!!
Snack on something healthy like yogurt, garnola bars, grapes, apples, fresh pineapple, cantalope, watermelon. Freeze your favorite juice for a popsicle. Be creative, and you can still eat, eat, eat!
do u mean junk food? well find fruits u like say straberries dip it in powdered surger, whip cream, surger any thing u like! or eat like pinnapple on ur pizza just make ur food no matter what kind it is always make it fun and healthy....eat healthy food with a bit of no healthy food like the stawberries!
Figure out who you will not lie to and promise them you will not eat junk food for 2 days. Also when you go to the grocery store simply buy healthy foods.Read the labels before you eat anything. Eat well and live well. Good luck!
slowly replace it with something else thats healthy, or nothing. After a while you wont be eating so much, don't push yourself too hard or you will just stop the "diet" altogether, take it slow and gradual, once you are off the junk have some junk sometimes to keep you from going nuts when u crave it
I don't know if it will help you, but I drink alot of water and I have signs everywhere that say "food is bad"
Go out and rent the movie "Fast Food Nation." If that doesnt work, then just live life and enjoy yourself. You know the dangers of eating out too much. Diabetes, obbesity, heart attack, etc, etc....Just don't sue the damn company's like all those other idiots because its all on you. I enjoy eating out. I know all the consequences, but I still choose to do it. So whatevers. It's your life and body. Good Luck!
If you mean Junk food - whenever you have the temptation to look at junk food and want to eat it tell yourself over and over again that you are allergic to it - Eventually you will believe that it is true - I did that and after about a week and I would look at junk food and not even be interested in eating it! But it is okay to have an occasional treat - Make one day a week your 'junk day' and just have a small portion of the unhealthy food you love the most - it will satisfy your cravings Good luck :0)
simple...dont buy junk foods...think of it as saving money..
just have alot of fruits available in your fridge..then when you're hungry, you'll eat those instead of junk food since you dont have any if you dont buy...
