lecsó, its Hungarian. a lot of green papper, some tomatoes, onion and oil, salt of course, braised. with bread.
At the moment it is Yakisoba (Japanese stir fry noodles). They are delicious and great topped with a fried egg and Japanese mayonnaise.

I don't know. One day it's Vietnamese, the next day it's Indian, another day it's Mexican. Then it's an old fashioned cheeseburger. I DON'T KNOW!!!! I think I need to see a psychiatrist about it.
