Who is the blonde girl with glasses from the starbucks frappuccino commercial?

I think this was the first bottled frappuccino commercial. There was this blonde girl with glasses that constantly thought of this guy. All the guys in the commercial that she past by reminded her of him and so they morphed into him. The music of the commercial had a crooning style, something like Harry Connick Jr, or Frank Sinatra. If anyone knows who this lady is please tell me.
