what brand of tea do they use in their resturaunts (ice tea) ? it is the absolute best!! does anyone know?? thanks! :)

its a ginger jasmine tea.
I don't know the brand but I know the variety. Most Chinese restaurants use jasmine tea. Some use ginger jasmine, others use plain jasmine. Any good brand will do. If you want the real stuff, go to an Asian grocery and ask for it. There may or may not be any English on it, but it'll be really good tea.
lots of chinese restaurants use oolong tea. It's usually a brand they get from their asian markets. At least, that's what they tell me.
erm, actually there're different kinds of chinese tea. and different restaurants use different kinds of chinese tea...
what's the taste like? what's the color of the tea?
jasmine tea--chinese/green tea with a jasmine flower taste
oolong tea--unique chinese tea, can be thick
buddha tea--ordinary chinese tea, thick.
as for the brand, i'm not sure since i don't know which country you're from... but i encourage you to go ahead and taste the different kinds of chinese teas (you'll add them to your "tried" list).
