Why does the food that is so bad for you taste sooo good?!

Question:

Why does the food that is so bad for you taste sooo good?

And why does healthy food taste like dirt?

Question is: what did you eat when you were little? You have to "retrain" your mind to dislike unhealthy food and get used to the "healthy" food. It really is in the mind. If I was to feed my kids nothing but healthy foods growing up, they'll get used to the taste of "healthy". Trust me on this.

Because we live in a fallen world. Honest. That's the truth. We are naturally attracted to things that are not good for us because there is sin in the world. Sorry if that's too simple, but it is the root of things' being as they are.

Because that is how the food company's designed it. They know that the public will not buy the product because it is unhealthy, but if it tastes sooooooo good, we might reconsider and purchase it.

i think it's aprt of the way of life people say stuff so you won't eat it is like reverse psychology. Get stuff because it's healthy don't get stuff when it's not healthy in the end they always get money for the junk food we eat, but cauliflower and broccoli with ranch on it is awesome and so are carrots, but i love my brownies

no no this is just a matter of perspective. its how your mind is used to eating this or that. for example, i was a fat little boy once, and overweight. i loved all sorts of fast food and fried food, all oily food. but i slimmed down somewhere along the line, and joined kayaking in college. this was tough, and we did very intense trainings and this required a strict diet. i stopped taking all carbonated drinks and all fried food. now ive retired from the college team and i tried eating fried food once, i almost puked. its about conditioning! do enough of something you'll like it.

life is just cruel like that.

lol thats a good statement!!! bad food is always better!!!!! ?
