What's your favourite cheese?!

Question:

What's your favourite cheese?

I like a nice feta cheese in a greek salad, and on a burger, a sharp cheddar is good. What kind of cheese do you like, and with what foods?

Answers:
For snacking: extra-sharp Cheddar, Dutch Edam, Cambazola, and Norwegian Gjetost.

For cooking: Fontina, Gruyère, and Pecorina Romano.

manchego

i like nacho cheese. it's not really cheese, but i think that's why i like it.

plain gouda

Assiago is complimented well with sweet green grapes. To me like peanut butter and bananas. With the Assiago the more *** to it the better. Or maybe it's feet. Whatever it's pungent.

My favorite is cheddar, it doesn't matter if it's mild, medium, or sharp. When I make my own pizzas, I always like a mixture of cheddar, monterey jack, romano, and parmesan cheese. Mozzarella is another good one as well.

Sharp Cheddar and Mozzarella.

I like that crazy Cheddar-Jack combo cheese. It's got cheddar and Monterrey Jack mixed up. It's a good all around cheese. Although sharp Cheddar is best for eggs, and mozzarella for pizza and pasta, and Parmesan for sprinkling on stuff. Also Edam is great on crackers. And if you are in the lucky areas of the planet, the proper mozzerella from the Water Buffalo is devine!

Cheddar-Jack... final answer.,

Smoked gouda or cheddar. Really I like every cheese but Swiss.

Good-quality Colby on crackers. Heavenly.

Cheddar cheese from Kraft

cotswald

sharp cheddar to eat by itself. Provolone and swiss for ham or turkey sandwich. Mozzarella for pastas and pizza!
