Has anyone ever seen a cupcake cake shaped like a dog? I need help!?
Heres the thing, my (guy) friends b-day is this friday(6/8), and i'm making him a cake. I wanted to make him a dog shaped cupcake cake but i can't seem to figure out how to start it. If someone could send me a picture or give me a general idea of how to do it that would be great! A picture would be nice, though. *hint hint*

it would be pretty tricky to make a cupcake in a dog shape, unless you had a tin in the shape of a dog... i also have a kids cook book and they have some cakes in there, where they just made regular cupcakes and decorated them with animal faces, they used jelly beans, mini m&ms, marshmallows, licorice straps (cut into thin strips). eg. marshmallow eyes with the mini m&ms in the middle for the pupils, a mini m&M for the nose, then a licorice strap for the mouth, with a half m&m for the tongue . sorry it is in a book so i can't post a pic.... hope that helps....

Here is a cake but maybe you could just arrange the cupcakes in a similiar shape and decorate the tops like this.
