Do you need advice on how? Or do you need someone to bake it for you? Because I know someone who made a Bratz cake for their 7 year old daughter, and what they did was took a Bratz doll, and baked a cone shaped cake around it, so that the doll was in the middle, and it turned out looking like the bratz doll had a dress/skirt, and it was really cool because it was a cake that I had never seen anyone make before. However, I live in Colorado (USA) and so does that person, so I couldn't exactly have them bake one for you...
