Making salsa with Pequin Chile...please help?!

Question:

Making salsa with Pequin Chile...please help?

I'm very Mexican and I'm having a family reunion with a lot of family from the old country. Can anyone help me with a recipe for making salsa with Pequin Chile? My understanding is that kind of chile is very powerful but yummy.

Please help...

Answers:
Jose , you must be from the South to have access to Chile Pequin . Just do it like any other one boil it add onion , garlic , & a red tamato or tamatos then after you boil it all dump the water and blend and add salt . The real Mexican way to do this is using a Molcaqete "mispelled " that thing dates back to the Aztaces Mexico still sales them . Good Luck ..
